1. Scope

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Aevly mobile application. By using the app, you accept these terms in full.

2. Service Description

Aevly is a lifestyle app that creates personalized cosmic readings based on birth data. The app combines Western astrology, Chinese zodiac, biorhythm calculation, and lunar phases into personalized content using artificial intelligence (AI).

3. AI-Generated Content

IMPORTANT: All readings, horoscopes, biorhythm interpretations, compatibility analyses, and other text content are generated by artificial intelligence. This content is provided solely for entertainment and self-reflection. It does NOT constitute professional advice of any kind. Decisions based on AI-generated content are at your own risk.

4. Subscription

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period

Refunds handled by Apple

5. Availability

We strive for continuous availability but make no guarantees. AI content depends on third-party services (OpenAI, Supabase) that may experience outages.

6. Limitation of Liability

The app and content are provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to the amount paid in the preceding 12 months or CHF 100, whichever is greater.

7. Intellectual Property

All content (design, text, images, icons, animations) is protected by copyright. You may freely share generated Share Cards on social media.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to reverse-engineer the app, extract source code, use it for illegal purposes, or circumvent the subscription system.

9. Governing Law

Swiss law applies. Jurisdiction: Zurich, Switzerland. EU/EEA residents retain the right to bring proceedings in their country of residence.

10. Changes

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

2. Leistungsbeschreibung

Aevly ist eine Lifestyle-App mit personalisierten kosmischen Readings basierend auf Geburtsdaten. Die App kombiniert westliche Astrologie, chinesisches Tierkreiszeichen, Biorhythmus und Mondphasen. Für die Textgenerierung wird KI eingesetzt.

3. KI-generierte Inhalte

WICHTIG: Alle Inhalte werden von KI generiert. Sie dienen ausschliesslich der Unterhaltung und Selbstreflexion — keine professionelle Beratung. Entscheidungen auf dieser Basis treffen Sie auf eigenes Risiko.

4. Abonnement

Automatische Verlängerung, sofern nicht 24h vor Ablauf gekündigt

5. Verfügbarkeit

Keine Garantie für ständige Verfügbarkeit. KI-Inhalte hängen von Drittanbietern ab.

6. Haftungsbeschränkung

App und Inhalte werden «wie besehen» bereitgestellt. Gesamthaftung begrenzt auf CHF 100 oder die letzten 12 Monatszahlungen.

7. Geistiges Eigentum

Alle Inhalte sind urheberrechtlich geschützt. Share Cards dürfen frei geteilt werden.

8. Nutzerverhalten

Kein Reverse-Engineering, keine illegale Nutzung, keine Umgehung des Abo-Systems.

9. Anwendbares Recht

Schweizer Recht. Gerichtsstand: Zürich. EU/EWR-Einwohner behalten ihr Recht auf Klagen am Wohnsitz.

10. Änderungen

Fortgesetzte Nutzung gilt als Zustimmung zu Änderungen.
