This data is used exclusively for real-time text generation and is not stored on any server.

3.4 Analytics During Beta Testing

During the beta testing phase, we use PostHog (EU Cloud, hosted in Frankfurt, Germany) to understand how the app is used. This includes: which features are accessed, session duration, anonymous interaction data, and anonymous screen recordings for usability analysis. Screen recordings capture the app interface only and do not record your camera, microphone, or any content outside the app. PostHog does not collect your name, email, birth date, or any personally identifiable information. All data is processed in the EU in compliance with GDPR. Analytics will be reviewed and may be removed after the beta phase.

6. International Data Transfers

Data transmitted to OpenAI is processed in the US, safeguarded by EU Standard Contractual Clauses and the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

7. Data Retention

Local data: Deleted when you uninstall the app.
Server-side: No personal data stored.
AI cache: Locally cached for up to 24 hours.

8. Your Rights

Under nDSG, GDPR, and CCPA/CPRA: access, correct, delete your data, object to processing, data portability, lodge complaints.

9. Data Security

TLS/HTTPS encryption. iOS device-level encryption. API keys stored server-side. No user database exists.
